We initially put down a deposit up to 20% of the developments total cost and are responsible for buying any units that we have not passed on to our clients. This means we are both financially and legally committed to every project before we recommend it to you.

Our UK based mortgage division specialises in meeting the needs and requirements of expats, helping you to obtain a mortgage. We can ascertain what mortgage rates you will be eligible for, completely free of charge.
deVere Lettings
We deal with everything upon completion for you, from snagging and handover to tenanting, letting and the ongoing management of your purchase beyond the initial investments.
Solicitor
As part of the property package, we can provide a legal service through one of the UK’s largest solicitors who specialise in off-plan conveyancing for expats and international investors.
Monthly site visits
Our agents will meet with the developer on site to provide you with regular updates on how the project is progressing.
Actively Managed
We manage the upkeep and maintenance of the property so you can rest assured that everything is taken care of.
Tax, Insurance and Resale
We provide expert tax advice and offer insurance for guaranteed rental income and we’ll also take care of the resale when needed.
