International Bank Account

Most expats have two bank accounts they use, one in their host country and one in their home country. In China, this can cause difficulties. There can sometimes be restrictions on the amount of money you can transfer out of the country, as well as difficulties transferring into China.

An area that we have helped many of our clients with is opening an international bank account. It gives you more flexibility, and you can choose to hold the account in a major currency such as USD, EUR or GBP. We can also help you to open a Chinese credit card (with VISA or Mastercard), to assist you with international purchases that are not possible through Union Pay.
